ACVIM group rate available until October 4, 2019 or until sold out, whichever comes first. Please check your hotel reservation confirmation for reservation change and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: 6:00 pm day prior to arrival. Please see hotel confirmation for additional reservation terms and conditions. 

Parking:

• Hotel Guests: overnight self parking is $18.00 per night with unlimited in and out access in the garage. Valet parking is available for $25.00 per day. Parking charges are the responsibility of the attendee. 
• Daily Guests: complimentary daily self-parking in the covered parking garage (no in and out privileges). Parking pass will be provided at the course registration desk.
