Your registration fee includes:
- Course materials
- Daily breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks
- Two dinners
- Four nights of lodging
- Transportation between the host hotel and Michigan State University
Attendees are responsible for their own airfare, airport ground transportation and 2 dinners.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration, you must notify Hannah Stuhr at 303-231-9933 ext. 102 or by e-mail to Hannah@ACVIM.org no later than September 17, 2019.
For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration.
ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
