If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify ACVIM at Learning@ACVIM.org no later than Wednesday, September 25, 2024 to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration after Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration. ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
