Your registration fee includes: Course materials, daily grab and go breakfast, refreshment breaks and snacks and lunch on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify ACVIM at Learning@ACVIM.org no later than April 10, 2023 to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration after April 10, 2023.
For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration. ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
