Shared Room Lodging: hotel accommodation will be for a room with 2 queen beds. ACVIM will reach out to discuss roommate assignment.
Single Room Lodging: hotel accommodation will be for a single room with 1 or 2 beds.
*Please note that no registration discount will be offered should you choose not to stay at the host hotel arranged for this course.
Course Capacity
Registration is limited to the first 20 residents who successfully register. 1 resident will be allowed to attend per institution, regardless of resident year.
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify ACVIM at Learning@ACVIM.org no later than Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration after Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration. ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
