Your registration fee includes: Lecture Proceedings, Daily refreshment breaks and snacks, & Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration, you must notify Hannah Stuhr at 303-231-9933 ext. 102 or by e-mail to Hannah@ACVIM.org no later than January 7, 2020 to receive a refund, less a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration after January 7, 2020.
For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration. ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
