Your registration fee includes: Lecture proceedings, daily refreshment breaks and snacks, breakfast & lunch on Thursday, Friday, light reception on Thursday evening, and transportation between the host hotel and the Translational Medicine Institute.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify ACVIM at Learning@ACVIM.org no later than Thursday, January 11, 2024 to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration after Thursday, January 11, 2024.
For any unforeseen reason that ACVIM will need to cancel the course, you will be notified immediately via email and will receive a full refund of your registration. ACVIM will not reimburse travel expenses incurred by registrant should the course be cancelled.
