A developmental psychologist and organizational consultant, Beatrice has coached in workplaces and academia.  At Colorado State University’s CVMBS (2013-2016), she was special appointment faculty, teaching communication skills to veterinary students and veterinarians and publishing on mindfulness and empathy in veterinary professionals.  Most recently she served as the interim-CEO for the American College for Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM).  Individuals and teams seek out Beatrice as an executive coach when they are looking to address burnout, and/or become (more) resilient, whole and purposeful.
