Dr. Isabelle Masseau received her DVM from the Université de Montréal, Canada, where she also completed a Food Animal Medicine and Surgery Rotating Internship. She then enrolled into a combined program of radiology residency and PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Missouri. After spending the next 4 years as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia, she moved back to the Université de Montréal. .

In the recent years, Dr. Masseau has been involved in basic science research projects focused on the computed tomographic diagnosis of respiratory diseases in dogs and cats. She also developed collaborative projects using diagnostic imaging for the evaluation of tracheal caliber in dogs and calves using various imaging modalities (CT, fluoroscopy, radiography).
