Dr. Gregory Lisciandro received his degree from Cornell University, completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at The Animal Medical Center, New York City, and a residency in Emergency and Critical Care at the Emergency Pet Center, San Antonio, Texas. As well, he has served as Chief of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care at the Emergency Pet Center.
Dr. Lisciandro currently co-owns Hill Country Veterinary Specialists. He is the President of the International Veterinary Point-of-care Ultrasound Society and is CEO of FASTVet.com. He is editor-chapter author of Focused Ultrasound Techniques for the Small Animal Practitioner (Wiley 2014), and is a leader in clinically-relevant, point-of-care and FAST ultrasound research.
